Black tea is a major supplier of antioxidants. They protect us from toxins and free radicals that make you sick. The least procesed teas contain the highest concentrations of antioxidants. Black tea is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5, C and E. All of these vitamins promote the functioning of your nervous system and your digestive system and strengthen your resistance.

How to drink?

For a black tea you will use the hottest water to get the right taste:

  • Boil the water (preference is given to bottled water)
  • Boil the water to 95°C – 100°C.
  • Add 2 grams to your cup or mug
  • Infuse for 3 – 5 minutes
